Βorn in Athens in 1962, he graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Tinos in 1988 (design under Tassos Aridas, sculpture under Yannis Maniatakos) In 1994, he graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts (B Workshop of Sculpture, under Professor George Lappas). He has been teaching in public secondary education since 1998.
